Sri Lanka trim women's squad for New Zealand to 15



 
A 20-part Sri Lanka ladies' squad to visit New Zealand in October-November has been trimmed down to 15, the SLC declared in a discharge.

Eshani Lokusuriyage, Sugandika Kumari, Rose Perera and Kushanthi Liyanage, who were a visiting's piece gathering named in September, have neglected to make the cut. Oshadi Ranasinghe and Lasanthi Madushani, who had been a 20's piece solid group, have been set on standby.

Sugandhika Dassanayake is one of two new increases. She makes the cut for the last 15, while Achini Kulasuriya is on standby.

Shashikala Siriwardene remains the chief, while Chamari Atapattu, who had driven the side in their last task at home against West Indies, will be her delegate.

Sri Lanka play a 50-over visit amusement against New Zealand An on October 31 in Lincoln, which plays host to the initial four ODIs too. The fifth ODI on November 13 will be in Christchurch, as will the first T20, while Nelson will have the staying two 20-over matches on November 20 and 22.

The initial three ODIs add to the ICC Ladies' title. New Zealand are positioned 6th out of eight groups, while Sri Lanka are at seventh.
